Smita brings 20 years of hands-on expertise in leading and implementing talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, diversity and inclusion initiatives, coaching & mentoring, and employee engagement programs across the globe. Smita joins us from Knowles Corporation. She transitioned to Knowles through the acquisition of Audience in 2015.  

Smita also worked at eInfochips (acquired by Arrow Electronics), one of India’s leading electronics design services companies. At eInfochips, she was instrumental in growing the company from 100 to over 800 employees across several locations. Smita holds a BSEE from Marathwada University.
