KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide world-class technical support to Tier-1 customer base and drive adoption of our industry leading products for the edge server and cloud market segments.

• Focused on design win strategies for Elastics.cloud’s customer opportunities, analyze and solve critical customer needs, and provide competitive analysis of our solutions to maximize the customer's use of our solutions.

• Play a critical role in enabling the success of our customers to adopt the next generation edge and server products.

• Work closely with customers and multiple internal groups including R&D, engineering, and program management to drive alignment, define initiatives, and deliver growth through customer success.

• Ability to interact with and influence a wide variety of customers and functional groups, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

• Ability to persuade key decision-makers and manage strategic communication.

• Collect customer inputs and provide technical requirements and specific customer requests to Product and Engineering team.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites to understand and resolve customer issues.

• Lead and foster growth, development, and success of our FAE organization.

• Perform product presentations, proposals, demonstrations, and reference designs to customer engineering groups highlighting features and advantages over the competition.

• Manage customer training materials for new and old customers.

• Manage customer projects that span multiple regions/countries. Provide customer support and solve real time problems.

QUALIFICATIONS

• MSEE or equivalent required with minimum 10+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.

• Proven history of customer engagement and technical support to Tier-1 customers.

• An independent / energetic team leader with excellent oral and written communication skills is required to interact with cross-functional teams including ASIC, board, FPGA and firmware/software groups.

• Strong system and board level experience with good board design practices and implementation techniques.

• Direct knowledge of the chip design and product engineering process.

• Experience in networking, server, and compute environments (including CPUs, GPU, hardware accelerators, AI/ML) including benchmarking.

• Debug experience with high-speed protocols such as PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, SATA/SAS. Familiar with protocol analyzers.

• Past design experience (digital, analog, high speed PCB, FPGA) is a strong plus.

• Familiarity C++, Python a plus.
