SANTA CLARA, CA (July 12, 2022) Elastics.cloud, a Smart Interconnect technology company focused on enabling efficient and performant composable architectures, today announced that Steve Giusti has joined the team as Senior Director of Finance.

Steve brings to the role over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Most recently, he was Director of Finance at HPE after its acquisition of Silver Peak Systems where he was VP, Corporate Controller. Steve oversaw accounting, planning, and forecasting.

Previously, Steve held leadership positions at a variety of private and public companies including Xactly, Saba Software, Symantec/Veritas and Enlighten Software. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
