Resumes submitted to any Elastics.cloud employee by recruiters and staffing agencies not currently under contract with Elastics.cloud will become the sole property of Elastics.cloud and Elastics.cloud will not be liable to pay any fee if a candidate is hired for a position because of an unsolicited resume sent to any of our employees by a recruiter and or a staffing agency.
